Interpersonal communication is one thing, Mass communication is another, particularly Public Speaking is another game altogether. It is a powerful mode of communication because it is a leader's tool to inspire, appeal, goad and lead the masses towards a defitie goal. What one requires most is absolute clarity in the content he wants to communicate to masses, one has to couch it with illustrations, examples, arguments, logical sequencing, evidences and data analysis, and above all the inferences the leader is able to draw. There has to be a strong appeal to the Head ( ideas), Heart ( appealing to emotions) and hand ( suggesting concert action plans). It is not only the language that must be very simple, concrete, picturesque,direct and with implied depth of meanings, but also the body language should make the message sink in the heart with emotional outburst that will propel the listeners to action.

But how does one acquire the skill? Is it inborn or can this be aquired, and practiced? Yes, all that is required is a will to learn and a mind to practice relentlessly and a heart to go and get it resolutely. Yes You must decide, decide now!
